She died in Tulsa, OK., on Sunday, March 10, 1974. A native of Sonora, TX., she grew up in Hornsby Bend, TX., named for her family. She had resided in Tulsa since 1968. Death occurred at Sherwood Manor Nursing Home in Tulsa of bronchial pneumonia.
Survivors include her son, Charles E. Brown, Mount Vernon, Ill.; daughter Mrs. Martha Switzer, North Hollywood,CA.; brother Everett E. "Pep" Hornsby of Tulsa. Arrangement made by Heath-Griffith Funeral Home.
