La Crosse -- Otto Herman, 75, died Sunday at Rush County Memorial Hospital, La Crosse. Born Sept. 21, 1902 in Ellis County, he married Edith StrameL She died in 1962.
He was a retired mechanic. He lived here since 1941. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church Knights of Columbus, La Crosse.
Survivors include son: Dennis, Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughter: Mrs. Erma Zimmerman, Great Bend; sister: Josie Rupp, Hayes; brothers Henry, Hays; Frank, Ingalls; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
General mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church; Father Richard H. Schihstock. Burial will be at the La Crosse Cemetery.
