The photo posted of Dan Myers is not this Daniel Myers, but rather his son Daniel Hamilton Myers (1854-1939). If you look at the two pictures, you can see that the man is wearing the same boots in both pictures. In any case, Daniel Myers (1819-1880) died in 1880, too early to have a picture such as this taken of him. I don't believe that there is a picture of the elder Daniel Myers. Also, the elder Daniel did not have a middle name (check all of the sources; he is just Daniel Myers).
