Philip was born to Milford Waddle and Matrie Mae Waddle on February 8, 1944.
He Married Carol Sue Miller on April 24, 1965. It was the Reverend's first wedding ceremony and he forgot to have them say their wedding vows, but that didn't stop him from being a faithful,loving husband and wonderful father.
He had three children, Philip Allen Jr, Laura Jean Waddle and Joseph Wayne Waddle and eight grandchildren, Brittany Nicole, Mattie Jean, Philip Allen III, Cheyenne Celeste, Haley Noel, Charlotte Elizabeth, Zoey Isabella, Tyler Joseph. He had a special nickname for each of them.
