Minter Under Big Bond on 4 Charges
----------
And Total is $21,000 After Accident Fatal to Van Coberly on U.S. Highway 65
------------------
Ralph Minter, accused on four counts after an accident fatal to Van Coberly a few weeks ago, is being held in the county jail here with his bonds running to a total of $21,000, it was stated here today, says the Trenton Republican-Times.
Minter was taken before L.S. Roberts, justice of the peace, where he waived his preliminary hearing and Mr. Roberts set his bonds at $2000 on the charge of leaving the scene of an accident; $2000 on the charge of driving while intoxicated; $2000 on the charge of manslaughter and $15,000 on the charge of second degree murder.
So far Minter has been unable to raise the amount of the bonds to obtain his freedom, it is stated.

Their surname has the second 'E' on their death certificates, although their stone has 'COBERLY'; their parents' stone has COBERLEY on it, although the FAG records have COBERLY.

Could you be willing to change Van's record to 'COBERLEY', with a note that his stone says 'COBERLY'? Larry
