George F. White, 75, of Schuyler, died Tuesday June 11, shortly after noon at Memorial Hospital. He was in ill health for several years.

Born in Gresham, November 12, 1887, Mr. White was a son of the late Austin and Hulda Fuller White. He came to Schuyler as a young man and lived in this community most of his life since then. He was a farm laborer for many years.

Mr. White married Nellie Truax June 16, 1907 in Columbus. She died May 15, 1962.

Immediate survivors are four sons, Austin and Harold of Schuyler, Lester of Fairfield, California, and Clarence of Beaver Crossing; four daughters, Mabel, Mrs. George Steinberger, of Marcola, Oregon; Minnie, Mrs. Gilbert Reed, of Fremont; Helen, Mrs. Arthur Flinn and Mrs. Pearl Voth both of Dodge City, Kansas; 22 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Fred White Sr., of Schuyler and Lennie White of North Dakota, and a sisters, Mrs. Ida Truax of Lynch. Four brothers preceded him in death.

Funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. Friday at Alex L. Bideaux Chapel, the Rev. Harlan F. Heler will officiate. Burial will be in Schuyler Cemetery.
