A well known Ottumwa golfer and bowler was killed in a one car accident near Fairfield early Sunday.
Tony P. Armstrong 21 of Ottumwa Route 1 was dead on arrival at Jefferson County Hospital at 2:35 a.m. Sunday after the auto in which he was riding rolled over several times.
