OBITUARY :
JOHN C. DUBEL, near Hagerstown, died at the Washington County Hospital Thursday morning at 4 o'clock of paralysis after an illness of three months, aged 73 years.
He was the son of the late Jacob and Charlotte Renner Dubel and was born near Myersville.
Surviving are: Sisters, Mrs. Ida Pratt, Hagerstown; Mrs. Lewis Nutting, Harrisburg; Mrs. Leila Sword, Ashton, Ill.; brothers, Charles, near Boonsboro; Trenton, near Boonsboro; Alvey, near Boonsboro; Ray, Brunswick and Roger, Baltimore.
The body was removed to the Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro, where services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock (DLS) with the Rev. Curvin Thompson officiating. Interment in Boonsboro cemetery.
