Roger Paul Krumm, 62, Fulton, MO, died Nov. 18, 2002, at his home.

He was born July 10, 1940, in Kansas City, a son of Paul and Bettie Jaudon Krumm. He was married Aug. 8, 1981, in Fulton, MO, to Susan Grant, who survives at the home.

He graduated from Southwest High School, Kansas City, and from Westminster College in 1962. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1965. A practicing attorney for more than 30 years, he retired from Krumm and Shryock in 2002. He was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity.

He was a founding member of the Missouri Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a past chairman of the Missouri Bar's Family Law Section and the special committee on the needs of children. He was past president of the Young Lawyers' Section Council. He received the Missouri Bar's President's Award in 1987 and was a frequent author and lecturer at state and national levels on family law topics. He was an adjunct professor in the paralegal studies program at William Woods University and active in local theater productions. He was past president of Fulton Jaycees and the Kingdom of Callaway Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of First Christian Church and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Other survivors include: two sons, Rob Krumm, Chanute, Kan., and Dan Krumm, New York City; two daughters, Beth Krumm, St. Louis, and Jane McClellan, Bayside, N.Y.; and one grandson.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at First Christian Church, Fulton. The Rev. Raymond Dunlap and the Rev. Terry Kukak-Sheppard will officiate. Private family burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after the service in Fellowship Hall.

Memorials are suggested to the Friends of the Callaway Public Library, Fulton, or to the Law School Foundation at University of Missouri School of Law.

Arrangements are under the direction of Debo Funeral Home, Fulton.
