HAZEL VIRGINIA ADAMS 90, went to be with her savior, Jesus Christ, Thursday, August 2, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was born to James Chapman and Ellen (Roden) Chapman on December 12, 1921 in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Hazel was a loving wife and mother who recently celebrated her 90th birthday and her 70th wedding anniversary. Hazel loved her church family of Home Gardens and later Calvary Temple Assembly of God of which she was a member for 63 years.
Funeral Service: 11:00 A. M., Monday, August 6, 2012 at Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church with Reverend Timothy Watkins officiating. A private family interment will be at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
