Marie-Soleil Tougas-She was an actress in Quebec. She began her career as a teenager in the role of Zoe in the soap opera Banana Peel , then continued as a young adult woman in Chop Suey , Rooms in town , Ent'Cadieux and Jasmine. She also co-hosted the show Fort Boyard and The Débrouillards alongside Gregory Charles . She appeared in numerous advertising campaigns including a campaign for the use of condoms as well as those of Toyota dealers. It has especially been a spokesperson of the organization Éduc'alcool that promotes moderation in alcohol consumption. It is known also for his involvement in the cause of disabled children and as a spokesperson for Operation Enfant Soleil and host of the telethon Foundation's Annual. She died with her ​​husband Jean-Claude Lauzon when their plane crashed in the region of Ungava Bay, in the far north Quebec August 10, 1997. Patrice L'Ecuyer and Gaston Lepage, who followed in another plane, were the first to see the accident. His funeral was broadcast on the TVA network. She is the sister of Sebastien Tougas , actor and advertising designer.
