George Weaver long time Denver Banker is dead. George Weaver 77, for many years associated with the First National Bank, died Sunday in St. Luke's Hospital of a heart attack. Mr. Weaver had lived for 39 years in Littleton, Colorado. He was born in Illinois and spent his youth in Missouri. In 1890 he came to Denver and until 12 years ago was in the banking business. He retired at that time. He is survived by his wife, 3 sons--Eldo of Englewood, Dr. Samuel Weaver of Youngstown, Ohio, Robert of Littleton and 4 daughters--Mrs Verna Payne of Long Beach, California, Mrs. Eva Auping of Denver and Mrs. Helen McGregor and Katherine Weaver of Littleton. Funeral services will be held in the Presbyterian Church of Littleton.
