CULLMAN, Nov 15 (Special) - Funeral services for G Dewey Sizemore, 49, were held yesterday at 2 pm from the New Hope Church with the Rev J S Schultz and the Rev Luther Hudson officiating, burial was in the church cemetery. Drinkards Brown-Service in charge.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs Bernice Julian Sizemore; two sons, Robert Sizemore, Army Air Corps stationed in Birmingham, Richard Sizemore, US Navy at San Francisco; two daughters, Misses Melba June and Deloris Sizemore; six brothers, Benjamin, Lon, Ed, Virgil, Charles and **Louis Sizemore; three sisters, Misses Dollie, Roxie and Ollie Sizemore.
[**He absolutely did not have a brother named Louis. The inclusion of this name is a complete mystery. I personally knew every one of these brothers & sisters except Ben who died in 1955, 2 years before I was born. Virgil was my dear grandfather. There was no brother named Louis and at the time of this obituary there was only 5 surviving brothers and the 3 sisters. DHZ]
