Iris Alene Williams Seagle, age 80 of Seymour, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012. Iris always enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing, and her cats. She made many friends during the years that she cooked at Dolly's Restaurant.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Glenn Seagle; parents, Rev. John Williams and Bertha Williams; stepmother, Pearl Williams; brother, Verl Williams; and granddaughter, Shannon Galyon.
She is survived by her children, Alene and Donnie Galyon, Smiley Joe and Jane Seagle, Mike and Linda Seagle, and Glenda and Randy Tucker; grandchildren, Melissa and Brian McCarter, Tyson and Misty Galyon, Rodney and Jennifer Seagle, and Josh Tucker; great grandchildren, Carrie Ogle, Dalton McCarter, Hunter Galyon, Tyler McCarter, Isaiah and Kandace Seagle, and Katie Tucker; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Eula Williams; several nieces and nephews and other extended family members; and special friends, Bertha Hopson and Stella King.
