Jack L. Penha, 78, a 10-year Millbrook resident, died June 19, 1996, at Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie. He was a purchase manager at Swingline Inc. in Long Island City for 20 years.
Mr. Penha was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Millbrook. Born in New York City on Sept. 10, 1918, he was the son of Edward and Nina Peterson Penha. He married Teresa Gallo in Queens on May 10, 1942. Mrs. Penha survives in Millbrook. Also surviving are two sons, Edward, Pomona; James, Indonesia; and a granddaughter.
