Rebecca Green Baldwin was the daughter of Elijah Baldwin and Elizabeth Brown. She married James Seaman Starr 17 Nov 1840 in Ohio. They had children: Elijah Loring Starr born 1841, James Perley Starr born 1843, Harriet Elizabeth Starr born 1845 and Charles Leroy "Roy" Starr born 1853.

Elijah Loring Starr born 26 Aug 1841 in Ohio. He died 8 Apr 1923 in Iowa. He married Sarah Winans 27 Aug 1866 in Iowa. They had a son, Charles Ozw Starr born 1868. They also helped raise Harriet Elizabeth Starr's only surviving son until he went to live with Harriet Newell Baldwin-Puterbaugh in Branford, Florida.

James Perley Starr born 20 May 1843 in Ohio. He died 28 Feb 1905. He married Luella Gertrude Harper 18 Sep 1871. They had children: Minnie Starr born 1878, Saloma Belle Starr born 1879, Frank B. Starr born 1881 and Herbert Z. Starr born 1882.

Harriet Elizabeth Starr born 4 Aug 1845 in Ohio. She died 16 Sep 1892 in Denmark, Lee, Iowa. She married Daniel Statzel. The name was Americanized to Statesel. They had children: James William Statesel born 1872, Perley Edward Statesel born 1875, Benjamin F. Statesel born 1877 and Herbert Earl Statesel born 1885. (Herbert Earl Statesel was the sole survivor of this family to live after 1892. He died in 1975.)The rest of this family all died before 1892 from Consumption.

Charles Leroy "Roy" Starr born 10 Nov 1853. He died 7 Jun 1930 in Illinois. He married Annie Louisa Metzger 6 Mar 1878 in Missouri. They had children: Eva May Starr born 1879, Charles A. Starr born 1880, Perry Albert Starr born 1881, Frederick G. Starr born 1884, Harry Irl Starr born 1889 and Grace Winnie Starr born 1894.

Rebecca Green Baldwin's paternal Grandparents were David Baldwin and Sarah Tucker of Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts. Her maternal Grandparents were John B. Brown and Rebecca Green Baldwin of Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts who migrated to Ohio in 1799. John B. Brown was a Revolutionary War Veteran.

David Baldwin married Sarah Tucker 13 Aug 1774 in Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts. They had sons: Daniel Baldwin born 1775, Isaac Baldwin born 1776, Elijah Baldwin born 1777, Richard Baldwin born 1780 and Jonathan Baldwin born in 1782.

Elijah Baldwin married Elizabeth Brown 15 Aug 1799 in Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts. Isaac Baldwin married Hannah Tucker 21 Sep 1805 in Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts. Richard Baldwin married Hannah Baldwin 9 Jan 1803 in Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts. Daniel Baldwin married Mary E. Tracy 29 Dec 1802 in McDonough, Chenango, New York. Jonathan Baldwin born 4 Apr 1782 in Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts. He died in 1813 in McDonough, Chenango, New York. He is buried in the Corbin Cemetery in McDonough, Chenango, New York.

Daniel, Isaac and Richard Baldwin migrated to McDonough, Chenango, New York in the early 1800's. Elijah Baldwin and Elizabeth Brown-Baldwin migrated to McDonough, Chenango, New York about 1814, or that is when Elijah and Elizabeth first purchased land in Chenango County, New York.

Daniel, Isaac, Elijah and Richard Baldwin owned and operated a Sawmill in McDonough, Chenango, New York that they named "Baldwin Mill". They purchased large tracts of land in McDonough, Chenango, New York using the timber for the Sawmill, then subdividing and selling some of the land. McDonough, Chenango, New York was originally referred to as "The Baldwin Settlement". The Baldwin Brothers were instrumental with helping form the town of McDonough. They all held numerous town offices.

Elijah Baldwin and Elizabeth Brown had children: Rebecca Green Baldwin born 1812, Elijah Jonathan George Baldwin born 1816 and Harriet Newell Baldwin born 1821. (According to early census records they had more children)

Daniel Baldwin and Mary Tracy had children: Mary Baldwin born 1805, Jemima Baldwin born 1807 and Electa Baldwin born 1813.

Isaac Baldwin and Hannah Tucker had children: Rhoda Baldwin born 1814, Lucy Baldwin born 1819, Huldah Baldwin born 1821, Hosea William Baldwin born 1826 and Isaac W. Baldwin born 1831.

Richard Baldwin and Hannah Baldwin had children: David Baldwin born 1804, Hannah Baldwin born 1806, Sarah Jane Baldwin born 1808, Benjamin Baldwin born 1810, Elizabeth Baldwin born 1812 and Ruth C. Baldwin born 1815.

Daniel Baldwin died in Oxford, Chenango, New York in 1842. Isaac Baldwin (after the death of his wife Hannah Tucker) returned to Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts with his children and married Hannah Polly Graton in 1836. Isaac Baldwin died in 1858 in Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts. Richard Baldwin moved his family to Rockford, Winnebago, Illinois about 1838. Richard Baldwin died in 1840 in Rockford, Winnebago, Illinois. Elijah Baldwin's family moved to Rome, Athens, Ohio about 1832. Elizabeth Brown-Baldwin married Elijah Hatch in 1834 in Ohio. Elijah Baldwin either died in McDonough, Chenango, New York, enroute to Ohio or shortly after they arrived in Ohio. Elizabeth Brown-Baldwin's parents and most of her siblings had migrated to Ohio in 1799.
