Born October 10, 1939, in Quincy, Illinois, Evan was a son of Harold & Reva Evans Heins.
Evan was an active member of the United Methodist Church in Camp Point and was a member of the Adams County Old Tyme Association
He enjoyed showing his steam engine and WD 9 tractor. He also enjoyed going to festivals, antiquing, and Old Tyme Days with area schools at the Adams County Fairgrounds
Evan was an avid sports fan and always supported the local sporting events in the community.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict
Survivors include three daughters:
Karen Bilgri (John) of Quincy
Kathy Gronewold (Noel) of Golden,Illinois
Krista Davis (Paul) of Camp Point
Seven grandchildren:
Matthew, Andrew & Rachel Bilgri of Quincy
Emery & Eli Gronewold of Golden
Brendan & John Davis of Camp Point

Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Camp Point
Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 4:00 until 7:00 at the Lummis Hamilton Funeral Home in Camp Point
