Funeral services for Aaron James Bates, 20, of Jeffersonville, will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, at First Trinity Baptist Church, 1506 Spring St. in Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
He died Friday, July 20, 2012 at his home.
He was born Sept. 7, 1991, in Muncie and was a 2010 graduate of Jeffersonville High School.
Survivors include his mother, Sharon L. Bates; uncle, Phillip B. Bates and wife Syverta; three aunts, Phyllis Y. Pinkston, Rachelle C. Bates and Teresa L. Bates; the Gilliard family and a host of relatives and friends.
