James Robertson Justice

Scottish Actor. He also was a considered journalist, falconer, racing car driving. He fought againtst Franco's Dictatorship in Spain. He has a notably voice, and is remembered for films such as "Champagne Charlie" (1944), "Whisky Galore!" (1949), "The Black Rose" (1950), "Captain Horatio Hornblower R.N." (1951), "David and Bathsheba" (1951), "Les Miserables" (1952), "The Sword and the Rose" (1953), "Doctor in the House" (1954), "Moby Dick" (1956), "The Iron Petticoat" (1956), "The Guns of Navarone" (1961), "Those Magnificent Men on Their Flying Machine" (1965) as narrator, "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" (1969) and "Zebra One" (1969). He was cremated and his ashes buried in the moor where he had hawked for many years, enclosed inside his favorite hawking-bag. (bio by: José L Bernabé Tronchoni)
