Services for Cecil Ann Cantrell were held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday July 21, 2012 in Carroll Lehr Funeral Chapel with Rev. Don Masters officiating.
Burial followed in Leagueville Cemetery.
Mrs. Cantrell died Monday July 16, 2012 in The Woodlands.
She was born March 20, 1955 in Athens to Walter William and Mattie Lee Blackmon Corder. Cecil resided in Athens 30 years before moving to Quitman, and then Mineola. She had worked 25 years as a nurse's aide in nursing homes.
She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert Cantrell, brother Reuben Lee Corder, sisters Imogene Hale and Fannie Mae Crowell and half-brother Roy Arnold.
Survivors include: sons Donald Ray Houck, Tommy Ray Houck, both of Conroe; Delbert Dewayne Cantrell, Kemp; daughter Stephanie Deann Cantrell, Emory; sisters Mattie E. "Cissy" Tidwell, Pontotoc, Miss., Mary Frances Dodson, Point; brothers Charles R. Arnold, Leagueville, Arthur S. Arnold, Trinidad, James Ray Arnold, Athens; 13 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
