Mrs. Gerrior Passes Away in Nova Scotia

Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Simon A. Gerrior, formerly Miss Jennie Pelrine, at Larry's River, N. S. Mrs. Gerrior had been ill about three months. Mr. and Mrs. Gerrior were married in Wakefield about seven years ago. Besides her husband, she leaves three small children.

*****

Married Simon Winfred Gerrior on 18 Apr 1909 at St. Joseph's Church in Wakefield, MA.

Note: Her name is engraved incorrectly as Mrs. William Gerrior on the burial plaque. In the church burial record, her name was recorded as Madame Simon W. Giroir. Mrs. Sophie Giroir, the next name on the plaque, is Angelique's mother-in-law, Sophie (Pellerin) Gerrior, who was Mrs. William Giroir.

Note about surname spelling: although there are several variations of the original surname, Girouard, Simon Gerrior and his family spelled their surname Gerrior.
