Beatrice A. Arentz, entered into Heavenly rest August 27.

She was the daughter of the late Roy and Ethel (Wildasin) Sterner.

Mrs. Arentz belonged to the Christ United Church of Christ, in Littlestown, and its Women’s Guild and Sunday School.

She was the widow of Ivan E. Arentz, who entered into eternal rest in 1998 and is survived by five sons, Donald Arentz, from Gettysburg, and Clair E. Arentz, Vernon "Butch" Arentz, Ivan "Mike" Arentz, and Dale Arentz, all from Littlestown; five daughters, Ethel Abbott, from Knoxville, TN, Mary Jane Small, from Westminster, MD, Beatrice D. Wallen, from La Follette, TN, Freda Bortner and Debbie Grove, both from Littlestown; two brothers, Clyde Sterner and Glen Sterner, and one sister, Ruth Grove, all from Hanover; 46 grandchildren; 80 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren, and several stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Leroy Arentz; two daughters, Erma Topper and Susan Greg, and three grandchildren.
