Dr. Rominger graduated from the Chicago College of Medicine and Surgey in 1907. He married Florence Anna Lang (1886-1974) on 23 Nov 1910 at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Dr. Rominger and Florence were the parents of three known children, namely:
1. Clark Rudolph Rominger (1912-1994)
2. Ruth Florence Rominger (1914-1998)
3. John Robert Rominger (1917-1993)
All three children were born in Iowa.
