Wilma Colene Battagler, 80, Orrick MO. passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at her home.
Services will be at 2:30pm Saturday, July 14 2012 at the Polley Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs MO.
The family will receive friends 1pm until 2:30pm prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Orrick, MO.
Wilma was born on July 7, 1932. She was married to Christian W. Battagler on December 23 1948. Mr. Battagler preceded her in death on September 9 2010.
She was a member of the Orrick First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and loved just spending her time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
Survivors include daughter Joyce Ann Battagler of the home; two sons: Gary William Battagler and wife Dianna and Christian Alan Battagler and wife Lorie all of Orrick; sister Vera Ramey of Kansas City MO; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, Wilma was preceded in death by three brothers, Lloyd, Rollin, and Junior and six sisters, Jane, Lucille, Belle, Vera, Rose, and Lola.
