Mayme "Totsie" Keck, born March 11, 1930, passed away January 29, 2011.

Mayme was a member, Sunday school teacher, and worker in the homebound ministries of Beech Grove Baptist Church. She also volunteered 10 years of service for the Contact Teleministries of Blount County. Mayme was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who spent most of her life as a housewife caring for her family and others.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank L. Keck Sr.; infant granddaughter, Terra Mae Keck; parents, Rev. Bill and Martha Lee of Reliance, TN; brothers, Noah, Riley, and William; sister, Evelyn; and brothers-in-law, Arther Rucker, Fred Messemore, Paul Summers, Bill Taylor and Raymond Keck.

Survivors include: son, Frank L. Keck Jr., son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Karey Keck; granddaughter, Katey Keck; grandson, Jesse Keck; sisters, Lennie Messemore, Della Rucker, Elsie Taylor, Essie and Charles Stanfill; brother, JW and Patsy Lee; sister-in-law, Bessie Keck; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM Monday, January 31, 2011 at Miller Funeral Home, Cedar Chapel, with Rev. Kenny Armstrong officiating. Interment will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville. (865) 982-6041.
