Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late William Joseph Leo, Sr. and Mary Tronolone Leo.
Mr. Leo was retired from Bigelow Sanford and was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force having served and was a POW during World War II.
He was an avid golfer and aviator.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children, Mary Ratner of California, Conrad Leo of Greenwood, SC, Bill Leo, Jr. of Demerest, GA and Ann Leo of Greenville; grandchildren, Rachel Ratner, William Ratner, Joey Leo, Sally Watts and Gabriella Leo; and a sister, Phyllis Pagano.
Mr. Leo was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Virgilio.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
