She was born in the Bronx, New York on July 23, 1963, the daughter of Ann Marie Biritela-Caputo-Fontana of North Palm Beach, Florida and the late Donald Giacomo Caputo
of the Bronx, New York.
Donna had resided in Raritan Township for the eight years prior to her death, having formerly lived in Flemington and Hackettstown, New Jersey.
In addition to her mother, Donna is survived by her son, Christopher Jeffrey, also known as CJ Caputo of Raritan Township, New Jersey, her brother, Donald Caputo of Key West, Florida and many cousins.
Funeral services and interment are private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey.
