Those surviving her death are: her mother, now Mrs. Arthur Walton; three brothers, Marlin Earl of Detroit; Walter Ray of Camp Bowie, Texas; Joseph L. of San Diego, California; and an uncle, Ray Krauth of Massena. Iola had a younger sister, Bernice Eileen who preceded her in death when Bernice was three years old. Her father passed away in 1932.

Iola was a lovely girl, had a lovely and likable disposition, and she will be greatly missed by her near relatives and her many friends.
