On 30 October 1911, Clara married Benjamin Washburn Williams (b. 26 Sep 1891, Cameron, Clinton, Missouri; d. 15 Mar 1948, Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kansas) in Leavenworth, Kansas. Clara & Ben had one daughter, Charlotte Jeanette (Williams) Seeley (b. 15 June 1913, Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kansas; d. 9 October 1973, Orlando, Orange, Florida) & one son, Lloyd Benjamin Williams (b. 6 March 1915, Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kansas; d. 29 April 2005, Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kansas).

Following divorce from Ben Williams, Clara married Roy A. Norris. Clara & Roy had one daughter, Shirley Jean (Norris) Ireland (b. 23 August 1933, Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kansas; d. 18 August 1998, Phoenix, Maricopa, Arizona).

Following Roy's death, Clara married Polish immigrant & WWI U.S. Army veteran, Frank John Bokoski.
