SAMUEL D. HENRY
Samuel Doty Henry, 81, of Rt. 1, Scio died Tuesday forenoon in the Twin City Hospital, Dennison, where he had been a patient one week.
Born September 4, 1875, the son of Matthew and Elizabeth Miller Henry, he was a life resident of Harrison County. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Frances Coulson of Tempe, Ariz., Virginia Henry of Pittsburgh, Pa., Mrs. Willis Johnson of Jewett, one son, Wilson Henry of Pittsburgh, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death in January, 1957. She was Lucy L. Cope Henry.
Services are in charge of Rev. Charles Rothel at 2 p.m. today (Friday) at the Telfer Funeral Home in Jewett. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Jewett.
