The former Nellie Crumine, she lived most of her life in the Greeley area. On January 1, 1903, she and Harry Pratt were married here. They lived on farms in this community until moving to town in 1934. He died September 21, 1953 and she continued to make her home here until moving to Grand Island a few years ago.
Survivors include her daughter, Lucille Shaffer of Grand Island; and a sister Lois Moore of Greeley.
Preceding her in death were her husband and three sons.
