Lee was born on 24 Mar. 1883; died in 1951; was an Oil Producer and was the son of Crawford and Olive (Greene) Rankin. Lee had married previously to Sarah Eudora (Dora) _____, (1887-1914), as his first wife, she passing away on 12 Mar. 1914. Lee and Dora had issue; Wallace H. Rankin, born 4 Jan. 1904; died 8 May 1988, in New York; married Nina _____ and had issue: Ronald Rankin, born 1936. Lee and Dora are buried together in the Bear Creek Cemetery, in Petrolia, PA.
Gertrude and Lee divorced prior to 1940 and she returned to her previous married name of Butler and was living in Karns City, PA, in 1940, with her widowed daughter Olive.
