Albert Kilgrow Barlow passed away on May 26, 2000.
He was born on March 11, 1929, the son of Albert Edmund and Amanda Kate Kilgrow Barlow. He was raised in and around Salt Lake City, UT but spent the last 31 years in Diamond Bar, CA. He was an active member of the LDS Church and had his own business, Energy Resources Management.
Al had many friends and loved them to visit him. He had a deep respect for his father and the three families his father had which provided such a pool of love and support for him.
He was preceded in death by both parents and six siblings: Wanda, Marie, David, Lee, Thomas and Martha. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth; his children, Randy Mastrim, Cali Jo (Rusty) Smith-Andersen, Sulisha (Randy) Bathemess, Brad (Gail) Sorensen, Albert (Alison) Barlow, Jr., Michael (Kim) Barlow; and his other two mothers, Aunt Vio and Aunt Maurine. He is also survived by his siblings, Arlene, Francis, Ruth, Ianthus, Vilate, Ramona, John, Hazel, Douglas, Virginia, Susan, Rebecca, Edmund, Laura, Alhona, Haven, Faye, Betsy, Steven, Robert, Linda, Evelyn, Doris, Shauna, Bonnie, and Barbara. He has 15 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many friends and family who have sustained him in this life.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday May 30th at Memorial Estates Chapel, 6500 So. Redwood Road with a viewing one hour prior thereto. In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated toward expenses.
