William Henry Burson, 86, a resident of the Habberton Community died in a Springdale nursing home Sunday morning. He was born in Washington County April 16, 1877 the son of George and Naomi Benson Burson. He was married to the former Lucy Ellen Stuart December 28, 1909.

At the time of his death, the survivors included the widow of the home; four sons, Claud, Roy, Gene all of Fayetteville and Kermit of Habberton; three daughters, Mrs. Euel Oxford of Habberton, Mrs. Roy Nixon and Mrs. Bill Turrentine both of Springdale; one brother, Julius of Fayetteville; 15 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral held at the Wason Mortuary. Burial in Son's Chapel Cemetery.
