BELLEVILLE - Howard E. Hamman, 84, of 337 Walnut St., Belleville, and formerly of McVeytown, died on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013. He was married to Reba M. (Snyder) Hamman. His wife died on March 9, 2009. Surviving are five daughters. Mr. Hamman retired from D.K. Hostetler in 1995 after 21 years of service. He had also been employed for 10 years at New Holland and six years at Belleville Flour Mill. He was a member of Brethren in Christ Church, Ferguson Valley, Mifflin County. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at Robert D. Heath Funeral Home, Mount Union, with the Rev. Sam King officiating. Interment will be held in Cherry Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Saturday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice, Home Nursing Agency, 9492 William Penn Highway, Suite 1, Huntingdon, PA 16652.
