Oletha Iva Coay, 91, Monett, formerly of Marshfile, died Sunday, 08Aug2004.
Funeral services for Oletha I. Coay will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, 11Aug2004, in Day Funeral Home, Marshfiled, with Rev. Earl Speer officiating. Burial will be in Black Oak Cemetery, near Marshfield. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Hospice, Monett, in Oletha's memory & may be left at the funeral home.

Oletha Iva Coay, daughter of Thomas & Jennie (Ellsworth) McGullion was born 15 Oct 1912 in Decatur, IL & departed this life 08Aug2004 in Lacoba Home, Monett, MO. At the time of ther passing she was 91 years, 9 months & 24 days of age.
On 01 Jan 1933 Lee was united in marriage to Oscar H. Coay, & to this union 2 children were born. She was a member of the Evangelical Methodist Church, Marshfield.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Oscar, 2 sisters, Winonna & Goldie.
Survivors include her daughter, Judith Poggemeier & husband Willis, Monett, MO; her son, Thomas Coay & wife Kay, Columbia, MO; her grandchildren, Betsy Longacre & husband Jay, Peg Buske & husband Rob, Eric Poggemeier & wife Nancy, Ann Long & husband Chad, Neal Coay & wife San; her great-grandchildren, Alexandra, Jacqueline & Danielle Longacre; Jessica & Joshua Buske; Katherine & Michael Poggemeier; Hannah & Evann Long & Jackson Coay; 1 sister, Olive Bergandine, as well as a host of other relatives & friends.
Lee was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt & was a caring neighbor & friend. We celebrate her life & her accomplishments & will cherish the wonderful memories she created for her family & friends.
