Daughter of Charles Harley Belt and Louella Kimsey-Belt. Married Cletes Edward Millikan on 10 May 1941 in Crittenden, Kentucky. They had 3 children Mable Helen, Anna Belle and Kenneth Edward.

OBITUARY
Mary Helen Millikan, 89, of Salem, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at her home.
She was a member of New Union Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mable Campbell of Marion and Anna Belle Kendall of Mishawaka, Ind.; a son, Kenneth Millikan of Slocum, Ky.; two sisters, Elsie Suits of Mt. Vernon, Ill., and Cindy Gray of Evansville, Ind.; four brothers, Harlan Belt of Marion, Deon Belt of Sturgis, Jerry Belt of Illinois and Ricky Belt of Texas; seven grandchildren, Paula Neal of Albuquerque, N.M., Barbara Campbell of Marion, Lisa Kendall of Elkhart, Ind., Garold Kendall of Mishawaka, Ind., Wendy Smith of Smithland, Keith Millikan of Marion and Kyle Millikan of Slocum, Ky.; four great-grandchildren, Alex Porter of Marion, Ean Neal of Albuquerque, N.M., Makayla Smith of Smithland and Clay Smith of Smithland.
Millikan was preceded in death by her husband, Cletes Millikan; sisters, Louisa Belt, Geneva Belt and Jimmie Hackney; and a brother, Charles Lowery Belt. She was the daughter of Charles Harley and Lula Kimsey Belt.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 10 at the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors in Salem. Rev. David Davis will officiate. Burial will follow at Lola Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, April 9 at the funeral home.
