John and Eliza (Moore) Arthur came to Canada in 1871 from Londonderry County, Ireland
following two of their sons, William and Robert who came to Canada in 1852. With them came two sons John and Thomas Arthur and a Grand-daughter, Sarah Margaret McMaster. They lived with their son Thomas until they died.
