Born June 26, 1943 in Waynesboro he was the son of the late Daniel and Lula (McCarty) Flohr.
He was employed at GAF Corp. for the last 13 years and was active in numerous bowling leagues.
Surviving are his wife, Linda (McBride) Flohr; three stepchildren, David McBride, Brenda McBride and William Brookens, all at home; three brothers, Robert Flohr and Richard Flohr, both of Fairfield, and Glen Flohr of Bonneauville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Monahan Funeral Home, Fairfield, with the Rev. Maurice A. Bender officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
