Sandy passed away at her home on June 20, 2012. Sandy was born in Portland on Feb. 14, 1945 to Frank and Donna Scroggins. She graduated from North Catholic High School in 1963, then married her high school sweetheart, Robert D. Chrest on Nov. 30, 1963. They were married for 49 years. Sandy is survived by husband, Robert D.; daughter, Shawn; sons, Robert C., Andrew; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Sandy was a wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma and nana. She was a loving friend to all and will be missed dearly.
