Mary was the Second child of John and Amanda (Webb) Holloway, and the First child to be born in Indiana. Mary was the GrandDaughter of William and Mary (Pitman) Webb of Ohio. Mary was only one of two Daughter's of Eleven Children. She Married William H. Sinkey on September/28/1871 in Crawfordsville, Montgomery County Indiana. William was a Prominent business man in Crawfordsville for many years. In time they had two children together, they where, one son named Walter Sinkey, age 7 years, 5 months and 6 days, and one Daughter named Daisy Sinkey, age 4 years, 6 months and 7 days, they both died of Scarlet Fever on the same day. They had no other children. On November/4/1912, William died, and she Married James F.Thompson of Crawfordsville on September/27/1916, they were Married only a short time when James died. From my research, Mary was Definitely a Daddy's girl. Mary died of Pneumonia at the age of 69 years old. When I went to the cemetery, Mary did not have a Headstone.
