Christina was the daughter of Henry Spiker and Elizabeth Miller. She married Terry Vincent on 22 Feb 1849 in McDonough County, Illinois.
Christina and Terry had 8 children (as far as known). Gilvantes and Celia were born in McDonough County. Gilvantes died at the age of 6 years and Celia at age 1 year. They moved to Hancock County, Illinois, where they lived for many years. Terry was a carpenter and a mechanic. Children Homer, Adren, Ida Jane (Williams), Laura Mae (Snyder), Carrie Bell (Genessy/Hess), and Terry Frank were all born in La Harpe, Hancock County, Illinois.
Christina's husband enlisted in Co A 75th Illinois Infantry Consolidated as a Corporal on 5 Apr 1865 at Mt. Sterling, Illinois. He mustered out as a Private on 13 Jul 1865 at Greensboro, North Carolina.
In 1880 they were living in Hall County, Nebraska, with daughter Ida (Williams) and family. In 1885 they were living in Weld County, Colorado. Daughter Carrie Belle and family were also living in Weld County.
They eventually located to Page County, Iowa. Christina died in 1897 at the age of 68 years. On 26 Oct 1898 Terry married Mrs. Sarah Fannie Metheny in Warren County, Illinois. They were living in Shenandoah, Page County, Iowa in 1900.
