Delores L. Potter, 79, of Jamesville, passed away peacefully on Thursday at Iroquois Nursing Home. Born in Nicholson, PA, she graduated from Morrisville-Eaton Central School. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Jamesville and enjoyed gardening and attending both the NY and county fairs. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Bernice Anderson, and her brother, Frank Anderson Jr. Survivors: her husband of 57 years, Leslie; her children, Leslie (Sally) Potter of Minoa, Jacqueline Potter of Pennsylvania, Virginia (Michael) DeBottis of Georgetown, Stephen (April) Potter of Cicero and Mark Potter of Jamesville; grandchildren, Leslie Potter Jr., Amanda Potter, Kenny Neuman, Yvette (Jeff) Hinman, Kersten (Darren) Forbes, Britt Hilts, Michael, Chris and Mark DeBottis, and Stephen Potter; great-grandchildren, Tristen Frantz, Ryan Potter, and Lucy and Libby Antzak; her siblings, Beverly Urbancic of Australia, Wesley (Betty) Anderson of North Carolina, Connie (Frank) Trontoski of Michigan, Audrey (Russell) Howard of Morrisville and twin brothers George and John Anderson of Morrisville; special friend, Annette Potter; and several nieces and nephews. Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Family and friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville.
