Mandy was born on October 5, 1986 in Nebraska City, NE; the daughter of Martin E. Albrecht and Pamela Sue Calvert. She attended school in Nebraska City and Omaha and graduated from Bryan High School with the Class of 2005. She was currently taking online college classes.
Mandy was currently the Manager at Verizon at the Gretna, NE store. She loved music and was in the process of forming a band. She was also currently training for the Ninja Warrior competition. She was a very loving and giving person as evidenced by her numerous friends, however, her family and especially her children were her loves of her life.
She is survived by her daughters: Riley Madison and Dayvie Elise; parents: Pam Maybee and husband Jody of Nebraska City and Marty Albrecht and wife Niki of Blair, NE; siblings: Justin Albrecht and wife Katie of Sedalia, MO, Bri and Neva Albrecht of Blair, NE, Chris Maybee and wife Michelle of Nebr. City and Heather Maybee of Nebr. City; Grandparents: Pat Calvert of Carrollton, MO and Jane Maybee of Nebr. City; John and Judy Albrecht of Nebr. City; Great-grandmother Marjorie Frede of Nebr. City; Aunts: Kathy Smith and husband Tim of Waverly, NE, Cindy Wehmeyer and husband Rick (Mandy's godparents) of Ft. Collins, CO, Tina Layman and husband Tom of New Sharon, IA, Deb Jones and husband Joel of Louisville, NE and Angie Allgood and husband Scott of Stuart, FL; special friends: Misty Carlon and Jayden, Gina Neeman, Courtney Kaut and Laura Dick as well as Andrew L. White-the father of her children; numerous cousins, other family and many, many friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: Ron Calvert and Leo Maybee.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Nebraska City. Fr. Michael McCabe will officiate at the services and burial will follow in the Wyuka Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tom and CJ Layman, Tim and Josh Smith, Rick Wehmeyer and Jerod Francis.
The family will greet friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Gude Mortuary, Nebr. City.
A memorial fund is being established for her daughters Riley and Dayvie.
