Oakwood Cemetery book has 'unkn' for both parents.
Regarding Ann's grave marker, from another contributor on ( 9/24/14):
The general problem they reported is:
"I searched the stated plot or section and could not find the grave."
They also reported, specifically:
"I searched this area again .. have done so several time and feel fairly certain there is no stone for Ann. There are only a couple stones left in that lot. Most of any there are unreadable... sorry."
