REIDSVILLE, Ga. - The funeral for Mr. S. Wilton Hill of Reidsville, director of the Georgia School Bus Drivers Association and a former state senator, will be at 11 a.m. today at First Methodist Church here with burial at Reidsville City Cemetery.
Mr. Hill, 80, died Tuesday at Tattnall Memorial Hospital here. He had been ill with cancer. He helped coordinate efforts to get additional job benefits for support employees of Georgia schools, and served in the state Senate in 1957-58.

Stanhope Wilton Hill was born April 7, 1911, in Brooklet.

Surviving are his wife, Jeanne Moon Hill; a son, state Sen. Jack Hill of Reidsville; three daughters, Barbara Bianchini of Bridgewater, Mass., and Gail Thurmond and Jill Howard, both of Savannah; two brothers, Ward Hill of Savannah and Cecil Hill of Reidsville; a sister, Nellie Jones of Brooklet; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
