"ALLISON - On the 7th of July 1890, Lieutenant Joseph K. Allison, in the 50th year of his age.
The relatives and friends of the family, also the police of the Sixteenth district, and the department in general, Washington Camp, No. 361, P. O. S. of A.: Courtland Saunders Post, No. 21, G. A. R.: War Veteran's Club, survivors of the Second Delaware Veteran Volunteers, First Blaine Club of the United States, Belmont Republican Association of West Philadelphia: Twenty-fourth Ward Republican Club Executive Committee, and all other organizations of which he was a member, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, from his late residence, No. 3860 Lancaster avenue, on Thursday, July 10, at 3 o'clock P. M. To proceed to Woodlands Cemetery Vault."
