NETTLETON - Viola Baulch Rea, 82, died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at The Meadows in Fulton. She was born Dec. 27, 1929, in Monroe County to Oscar and Floy Webb Baulch. She was a lifelong resident of Nettleton. She was a retired sweamstress and a member of Nettleton Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed camping, gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Nettleton Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Larry Davis and the Rev. Jordan Davis officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Nettleton is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Rea (Sandy) of Nettleton and Bub Rea of Shannon; two sisters, Alice Baldwyn of Nettleton and Myrtis Herndon of South Bend, Ind.; four grandchildren, Tonia Christian (Jimbo), Jerrie Rea, Brian Rea and Jeffrey Rea; six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Neal Rea; her parents; one sister, Adeen Oliver; and three brothers, Herman, Roy Lee and Bill Baulch.
Pallbearers will be James Baulch, Brian Rea, Jeffrey Rea, Jimbo Christian, Drew Marshall and Truman Presley.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and will continue one hour prior to the services Friday, all at the church.
