BELTON -- John A. Egbert, 50, of 3000 W. Adams Ave., Temple, Texas died Monday at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday @ Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton with the Rev. Eddie Perry Johnson officiating. Burial will be in North Belton Cemetery.
Mr. Egbert was born in Cookville, Tenn., and had lived in Temple for 3 1/2 years. He served in the U.S. Army from January 1959 to January 1983.
He was employed as a molding machine operator for Temple Products and he was a Baptist.
Survivors are his widow, Clara Walker Stone Egbert of Temple; two daughters, Anne High and Lynne Riddle, both of Nashville, Tenn.; one stepson, Robert Gene Stone of Little River; two stepdaughters, Susan Morris of Belton and Virginia Owens of Pendleton; one brother, Vernon Egbert of Cookville, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
