BETHEL SPRINGS - Fred Adams, 84, retired employee of the Tennessee Highway Department, died Sunday of heart failure at McNairy County General Hospital in Selmer. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Williams Funeral Home of Greenfield with burial in Highland Cemetery. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Adams, the husband of Jewell Overton Adams, also leaves a brother, Robert Adams of Bastrop, La.
